billing & refunds
ventr Labs Inc. (Vancouver, BC, Canada). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all subscription purchases — Paddle handles billing, payment, and refunds, and is who appears on your statement.
Subscriptions
Ventr offers a monthly subscription (CAD $24.99 / month) and an annual subscription (CAD $239.99 / year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the link in your Paddle receipt. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Email privacy@joinventr.com within 30 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rights).
